  Ryan the store Manager was very rude and abrupt to me and my husband. Every time Id ask about our situation he cut me off talking, kept rolling his eyes and he actually said that he didnt want to know and that we should come to an appointment to sort out my problem. He also referred to me and said that if thats what I believed what Id heard and it wasnt right what Id had told him. He wasnt at all interested in what we had to say. So after being called a liar in so many words now were looking at going elsewhere,. So if we dont get proper service from him next week during our appointment we wont be staying with this company. Theyre lucky that they get one star cause if there was a selection for zero star then thats what theyd be getting. As I tried to explain that this will be the fourth time well be coming back into this store to sort it out he didnt want to know about it,. He just kept on saying that wed have to come in for the appointment. All I asked him was if he could check if what we were going into the store for was still on offer. Again he repeated himself about the appointment. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????
